Cassondra Huxman and Chad Basinger were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Saturday, August 7, 2010, at Garden Community Church in rural Moundridge. Officiating the double-ring ceremony was Lester Zook, Pretty Prairie.

The bridegroom graduated from Pretty Prairie High School and Beloit Technical College and Hutchinson Community College.  He is a self employed farmer and rancher.
